Originated in Thailand, but now globally recognised - TANG and POW with red chilli base, massive garlic and umami follow through!
Add to chicken, pork, shrimp or veg.
Apply to moist meat surface and allow to marinade.
Cook in the oven or indirect on the BBQ for best results.
Sprinkle on eggs or add to noddles for Pho upgrade, this also makes a sensational mayo dip, and our favourite, spicy shrimp with rice or noodles!
